Aurora is a member of a second orphanage that was created by Watari in order to make the children in each orphanage work harder. That was the concept of the idea anyway, unfortunately it worked a little to well and the children in the two orphanages started competing against each other in everything which created violence. Aurora ends up mistaking Matt for someone at her orphanage and ends up having to lie when she realizes he is from Wammy's house.
