By the time she turned 21, she decided it was best for a change of scenery and left Paris and went to America. It was an order Izuku then teleported to a dimension so much different to his own yet so similar. For some reason Peter got to stay with Aunt May but Penny was placed with her dad's brother and wife. They abused her for eight years (physically and mentally). When Aunt May dies Tony gets government permission to be Penny's and Peter's legal guardian. The story starts when Penny go to live with Tony. She doesn't know Peter is Spiderman.
