A short story revolving around Luffy and Nami. There's always something better to do for Nami than worry about relationships or any kind of romantic stuff. Despite her many suitors she'd always push them away. A night almost six months ago lingers on Nami's mind. The Straw Hats Captain has also denied any suitors, patient for his Navigator.

During a game of the god forsaken game, Truth Or Dare, Luffy gets asked if he has a love interest, as a sort of a sick joke, but when they realize he does. Well things get out of hand to say the least! (Takes place after Luffy beats kaido btw)

Summer was over. It's time for the start of a new year at East Blue High School for the Straw Hat Crew. Luffy had gone all summer without seeing one of his closest friends; Nami. She comes back sad, and unlike herself after the woman who adopted her had passed away. For some reason, Luffy starts getting all these weird feelings when he's with Nami. These feelings are feelings that he's never had before. Was he sick? Was he allergic to Nami? This was all weird to him. Nami had feelings like this for Luffy for a while. It was just super hard for her to admit it. She's had these feelings since she met Luffy in eighth grade. Nami hasn't even fallen that hard for anybody, especially a clueless idiot who is obsessed with eating and wants nothing to do with relationships. This junior year was weird for both Luffy and Nami, since they both are realizing the feelings they have for each other. It wasn't as simple as either of them thought it would be, though. Hello! This story is about the characters of the anime "One Piece," but they're all highschoolers in their 3rd year. The main focus of this story is on Nami and Luffy, the two characters I've shipped since they first met each other. This is my first ever story I am putting out there, so please give me suggestions on how I could improve my writing. Just to let you all know, the characters in here are all normal teenagers. Chopper, isn't a reindeer. Franky isn't a cyborg. Zoro isn't a swordsman. Brook isn't a skeleton. None of the characters have devil fruits. In fact, they don't even exist.
