One such furry, Boykisser, begins to experience visions from the past that lead him to discover that he is, in fact, the reincarnation of Joe Biden. Together with his classmate Catgirl, he seeks to get revenge on those who had wronged him in his past life and save the world from Vladimir Putin's tyranny in this gripping "tail" of love, war and revenge.
