When fifteen-year-old Chloe Maxwell moves with her mother to a small suburban town, it doesn't take long before rumors of a local legend summon an urge to investigate. Unbeknownst to everyone, including those closest to her, Chloe has a secret: she can see ghosts. For decades, stories of a former classmate haunting the halls of Apple Valley High School have circulated, scaring the squeamish and enticing the brave. The dead girl's soul is said to linger, making her presence known to those nearby. Unusual cold spots, flickering lights and the unexplained scent of roses have all been blamed on the spirit of Rose Marie Foster, whose activity has increased since Chloe's arrival. But it's just an urban legend, right? When Chloe comes face to face with the desperate specter, she sets out on a quest to release the entity, hoping she'll cross over to the other side. However, freeing the trapped spirit isn't as easy as it sounds, leaving Chloe to wonder if her clairvoyance is enough to help Rose move on, or will she put herself in danger of a fate worse than death?

When Grace Cho's parents unexpectedly move the family from vibrant Seattle to sleepy Gallatin, Montana, the seventeen-year-old isn't surprised the locals treat her as an outcast. Wanting nothing more than to finish her final year before college in peace, Grace is actually disappointed when three other members of the Class of 2016 attempt to strike up a friendship. Jack, Luke, and Maddie have all-American good looks and should have varsity popularity, but for some reason, never hang out with the in-crowd. Focusing their attention instead on the new girl, their efforts to connect quickly escalate from sitting together in the cafeteria to making her an unwitting accomplice in a Halloween prank. But when Grace realizes she may be the only person who can see and hear the trio, her problems become far bigger than after-school detention. (c) 2015 All Rights Reserved - R.S. Kovach

Someone has been watching Wren for weeks. She can’t see them, but she can feel them. Can feel their eyes on her as she leaves her dorm, as she walks down the street with her friends. This fact becomes startlingly clear when someone poses as her boyfriend on the chatting app, ChatMe, and sends her a link—a link that, once Wren clicks on, won’t be able to exit. Not without repercussions, anyway. Wren learns this lesson the hard way. She soon learns that her stalker is none other than Vee Carper, a girl Wren made the mistake of cyberbullying during their senior year of high school. According to Vee, Wren ruined her life when she made those hurtful posts, and now she has to pay the price. Trapped online with Vee, Wren is forced to do things in order to amuse the girl who has ultimately taken her hostage. If she doesn’t, she will be punished. If she logs off, someone she loves will die.
