After an Aftermath of a "failed" experiment, Test tube started to raise a small ink like being that came out of that result. When it grew older she brought it to Hotel OJ thinking nothing bad would happen, until many residents started to get sick, aggressive, and even Mutated from the little organism. With Mephone gone, Test tube and 7 other survivors are trying to find a way to escape the Hotel and have enough time to save everyone. Shinji has noticed that his father doesn't seem to acknowledge his own sons existence. He instead finds out that his dad is Taking a liking to his friend Rei. Shinji comes to the conclusion that His father dislikes him because of his gender, and Shinji wants to change that.

Winter Break's just begun, and Shinji, knowing how bored he'll be by himself, decides to spend his time with his kind-of-friend Kaworu. A whole lot of fluff ensues.
