One day in an abandoned apartment far away from the big city of New York, there lives a group of monsters called "The Entities". Their leader A-350 and some others created a portal that can take them into parallel universes (rooms related or not), however this would lead to a catastrophic disaster, as one day the portal malfunctioned which sucked up some of the entities and teleported them to a world that they weren't familiar with, a world that was filled with Pokémon, where they met and befriended some unlikely Alys.
