Ein Terrorist - der Balladeer - ist mit dem Flugzeug auf dem Weg ins Ausland, um Chaos zu stiften und eben diesen gilt es zu töten. Doch wie sich herausstellt, wird auch dem jungen FBI Agenten nach dem Leben getrachtet und ehe er sich versieht, wird alles, was er glaubte zu wissen, in Frage gestellt. Geht es hier wirklich um einen Terroristen und was hat der CIA Agent Kaedehara Kazuha mit dem Fall zu tun? Ist das, was die Präsidentin gesagt hat wirklich wahr, oder will sie ihn nur zum Schweigen bringen...? --- Eine spontane Idee von mir, die ich cool fand und direkt umsetzen wollte. ^^ Es geht um den Ship Scaramouche x Kazuha x Heizou!
