We're all anticipating what Episode 6 of Season 7 will be like, and how Chenford will interact with each other, so I've decided to write my own version of the episode, mostly chenford centred, as if I had creative control over the show (lol). It covers the work day before the gala, the gala itself, and the start of the following morning. Please let me know what you think in the comments. Enjoy!

After the breakup both Tim and Lucy are not on good terms with each other yet but what will happen when something changes everything for the both of them... was it really even real?

Tim listens to his friends concerns about Lucy's boyfriend Chris. After a violent incident he saves her and a new relationship blossoms. What will be in store for them how will they manage.

My oneshots are about CHENFORD from the rookie (if you couldn't tell by the title) and none of the characters are mine! Currently pretending chenford didn't just break up by writing. This story will include some sweet moments between the couple!

When Lucy gets hurt on duty Tim notices multiple bruises across her chest. Later that evening Lucy isn't answering, and in panic Tim drives to her apartment complex. But once he walkes in all he hears is a woman screaming.

TW: R@pe, SA, abduction Its been a year since Lucy and Tim started dating, and they've made it through all the ups and downs that come with a relationship. Lucy's finally made detective and both her and Tim are in a good place, at least that is, until Tim takes a night shift and someone comes knocking at Lucy's door.

Lucy Chen & Tim Bradford had been through a lot of things. After many years of working together as colleagues & eventually dating, things became more serious down the road. Marriage. Their wedding was grand, but their relationship & love ran even deeper than what others may have seen on the surface. Tim had always know that he wanted to become a father. Lucy dreamed of being a mother although she had fears as this would be her first child, but her husband would continually support her throughout this new stage. Lucy's pregnancy journey had been beautiful. They enjoyed every moment & memory which brought them even closer to one another. However things took a turn for the worst as the day had finally arrived to meet their baby. Tim could have never imagined something like this occurring, he was distraught & broken after having learned Lucy the love of his life had died from childbirth just hours after welcoming their newborn into the world. He is left to raise Hailee, their daughter on his own. This journey is beyond tough on Tim & heart wrenching despite his daughter being the light in his life. But Tim has no clue that Lucy actually faked her death. She had gotten involved with some wrong people thinking it would be smarter to keep the ones she loved protected & out of harms way by removing herself from the picture even though it pains her. Hailee is now 8. Tim is still under the impression that Lucy is dead as he continues raising Hailee by himself alone. He loved witnessing all of her life milestones as he cherished her. She truly is his everything & he would do anything to keep her safe. But his world seems to turn upside down once more when Lucy abruptly reappears into his life unexpectedly. In denial, he has to sort out the reason she left & how to reincorporate her back into his life with Hailee. Whirlwinds of emotions are involved for everyone, especially Tim who finds himself loving Lucy all over again while balancing the act of parenting.

Against all odds, Lucy Chen and Tim Bradford forged a friendship during her tumultuous year in training as his rookie. But it's when training ends that their friendship is really put to the test. Set post training - S3 AU.
