Marinette is Damian's twin sister. She is younger than him by 20 minutes. When Deathstroke attacked the league, her and Damian were sent to Bruce Wayne, aka their biological dad. All the Waynes got along with the twins. Just about a year later Marinette was kidnapped and adopted by a baker couple in Paris. This broke the Waynes. Especially Damian who turned cold after he figured out his sweet, innocent yet scary little sister was kidnapped and there was no trace of her. In Paris Marinette was sad that she couldn't see her family again. But she had a nice time in Paris... that was until she was 13-14.
