Y/n was a young child who lived on Berserker Island as the Chief's child alongside their brother and sister, Dagur and Heather. They had gone missing at a young age when a boat they were travelling on had capsized, they were never heard of again along with the many other Berserker Vikings travelling on said ship. Both Heather and Dagur, who are now Dragon Riders, acknowledge the death together whenever they reach Berserker Island. Hiccup and the gang decide to travel to Melody Island to collect Death Song amber from the deserted island, although they find much more than amber and something much more serious than just a new Death Song. Welcome new and old readers to the official re-write of Betrothed! The Dagur/reader fan fiction that was previously written by a 16 year old who had no idea how to write apart from taking GCSE English! Now that I'm graduating University and re-watching the How to train your dragon series, I figure I've got enough motivation to re-write the original Betrothed as well as Forgiveness in the future!
