This is a Vampires fanfic in a world where Avid didn't get killed in a cave, because I can do whatever I want with this. This is set after the end scene in Episode 8 so Scott, Shelby, Drift, and Avid all live in the same area. I think they're in New York but if they weren't then they are now. This is set in a world where they are trying to traverse modern day life and keep vampires a secret. Soo.... I wanted to make a Vampires fic but the Write Brain said, "LETS MAKE THIS SAD-ISH" and so... Avid-centered trauma/angst. (Creator chose to do whatever the frick they wanted with this AU, so Avid's full name is "Avid Mockingbird") Avid, while on his walk from ep3, gets cornered by some vampires. It doesnt end well. Luckily, he's found before he can bleed to death, but... One of the vampires is sympathetic and goes against what her Coven wants for Avid. Against what AVID wants for Avid.

Under His Bite is a fanfic based on vampire smp, it is a romance story where avid and Scott were able to be in a relationship/ notice there feelings for one another and acted on those feelings. basically everything is the same, Scott turned pyro, cleo and ape just got turned. this timeline is after cleo got turned into a vampire and the others just attacked the castle. characters will also react different. everything from there on out will be different from the OG story.
