Animal pals Alex, Mariah, Marty, Katie, Melman, Gloria and Brandon are still trying to make it back to New York's Central Park Zoo. They are forced to take a detour to Europe to find the penguins and chimps who broke the bank at a Monte Carlo casino. When French animal-control officer Capitaine Chantel DuBois picks up their scent, Alex and company are forced to hide out in a traveling circus.

Alex and all of the other zoo animals find a way to escape from Madagascar when the penguins reassemble a wrecked airplane. The precariously repaired craft stays airborne just long enough to make it to the African continent. There the New Yorkers encounter members of their own species for the first time. Africa proves to be a wild place, but Alex and company wonder if it is better than their Central Park home.

*This story features three new characters* Alex the lion is the king of the urban jungle, the main attraction at New York's Central Park Zoo. He and his best friends -- Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe, Gloria the hippo, Mariah the lioness, Katie the bunny, and Brandon the hedgehog that they have spent their whole lives in blissful captivity before an admiring public and with regular meals provided for them. Not content to leave well enough alone.

After accidentally waking up Vincent, a black bear, and destroying his wagon full of stored food, RJ the raccoon and Fink the fox have one week to return everything back to Vincent's cave before they are killed by Vincent. The two come up with a plan to deceive a group of animals, led by Verne, a box turtle, and Red, a bird, who all live in a forest and just woke up from hibernation. Meanwhile, Verne, Red, and the rest of the animals wake up to a confusing sight. A giant hedge which separated the forest they lived in from a newly built suburb. Loona wasn't the only one at the orphanage what if a 11-year-old human came to hell and was put in the orphanage he was found by the old hellhound she and the people who worked there put him in the same cell as her y/n wasn't sure if he could trust her. but after bonding, they became good friends, and after she got adopted by blitzo. once y/n got adopted at 17 they renuite.

Andy is now grown up and ready to leave for college. When his toys, who have not been played with in years, almost get thrown away by accident, they decided to sneak into the donation box and get donated to Sunnyside Daycare. Despite the daycare being promising, Woody believed Andy still loved them and they must return to him. A teddy bear called Lotso was in charge of the toys in the daycare, but when it is revealed that he had a dark side, the toys must find a way to escape before Andy leaves for college. Shortly after the Parr family and their friends finish their missions, Helen Parr (Elastigirl), Judy Hopps-Wilde (Telekibunny), and Ace (Indestructadog), are given a new mission and are sent off to the city by Winston and Evelyn Deavor, Lionheart, and Dawn Bellwether to help legalize supers. Meanwhile, Bob Parr (Mr. Incredible), stays back to be a house father, which becomes a tougher task than hero work. Nick Wilde (Firefox) stays behind as well to care for his and Judy's newly adopted children. Suddenly, a new villain emerges and poses a threat to the mission.
