But in this timeline, Fuutarou has an adoptive brother who had arrived to Japan from the United States, but spoke fluent Japanese. Cy Uesugi, or as he kept his last name, Cy Barrett. A proud American who still cared for his family in Japan, while also having ties to America still. Quintessential Quintuplets and all art belong to their respective owners.

Y/N was a guy who dedicated himself to becoming someone that everyone could depend on. A reunion with some childhood friends doesn't hurt his cause and determination either.
