Nico di Angelo is a forensic pathologist, well, training to be one. He spends his days examining dead bodies and learning how they died. Pretty cool, right? Will Solace is training to be a nurse. His goal is to prevent as many bodies from needing to be examined as possible. He wanted to save people. When these two move in together, many adventures follow, because honestly, what else can you expect when two complete opposites try to coexist? As time goes on they learn that maybe they aren't so different after all. Characters belong to Rick Riordan, but the plot and all that belong to me. When he meets his new roommate, Will Solace, they have a rough time getting used to each other. Will's sunny personality annoys Nico, and Nico's dark introverted ways aren't Will's cup of tea. Meanwhile, Nico is becoming conflicted with his feelings between Will and another guy at his apartment complex--Percy Jackson. His frequent nightmares don't help much, either. Will tries to comfort him, but Nico is just detached. Will would do anything for Nico, and Nico eventually learns that Will is his Solace. (Pun intended) Throw in a dog, a terrible new neighbor, a crazy 'ex,' and plenty of other surprises, and join Nico's adventure with his new roommate. IT GETS BETTER AS IT GOES ON, PROMISE. Everyone in town knows about the sea monster. Every night, he goes into town to find his prey. He lures them in with his voice, only to bring them back to the ocean, to eat them. Few survive this, and the people who do, they lose their mind, like they were cursed. You can only gather from them that he was beautiful, his voice was like an angel's, and that when he took you into the ocean, he became a monster. He only hunted young men, women, teens, and the occasional twelve-year old. It was terrifying, because the people had no way to stop him. Every night, someone would go missing, or come back insane. They knew he lived in the ocean, and when people tried to bomb the area where they thought the monster lived, they would either be cursed, or just eaten by the sea monster himself. And the people who came back insane, they would always wander over the fact that the monster had not even a scratch on him. Teens, young men and women would fear for their lives, and lock themselves in their houses at night. But only one person refused to hide, either in bravery or utter stupidity. That person was Will Solace. So basically, this story is based on the cover art of the book. I just thought it was such a great idea and wanted to put it to story. I saw another person do this and they used the same cover art, and I hope you guys like my version! I, personally very much like it and hope you guys do to!
