Grian needs to hunt down a monster in the forest, a creature of unexplainable powers that he has been instructed to capture. But instead of a ferocious beast, he meets Mumbo, a scared vampire that has no control over his powers or his bloodlust. It's Grian's heart against his head, love against logic. Mumbo doesn't seem like the bloodthirsty creature that all the stories describe him as, but can Grian really trust him?

Mumbo Jumbo was a vampire. He lived on Hermitcraft as one of the Hermits, and kept this secret locked behind closed doors. He could keep himself under control, and no one on the server was the wiser. Hey so here's an idea I had in mind. This story takes place on the Hermitcraft season 7 server and all the hermits are thrown into a war after gaining special abilities. But not is all that it seems. Maybe it's something much more... I guess some things are out of your control. This is my first story so definitely gonna be cringe and some shipping... sorry not sorry... Art is not mine.
