The special children, either born from Lucifer and Kira's bloodlines or those with ancestors who passed down pieces of Lucifer's shattered soul, had grown up, and after turning 18, they'd stopped aging physically. Just like their parents, they also continued to face obstacles of their own over the years, as with every passing year, their powers grew stronger as they trained how to use them. Though they were not the only ones. Lucifer was getting closer; they were getting closer. Kira could feel it, and so could Alice and Tara.
