"I've been taught that girls have no value, and he's the only one who assures me that I do." Soleil is a girl. A young woman. A female. She couldn't hate it more, because in her society that cursed gender makes her expendable. The war that was wrought on Earth years ago destroyed society, and men almost went extinct. Repopulation is the propriety, even if it means marrying a man with 8 other wives to become a baby making machine. When she meets an enormous alien man through a window, she slowly comes to realize that she is meant for more. She sneaks away every night after that to meet him, finding herself falling for all 7 feet of him.... even if she can't understand a thing that he says. Fray has come from Rytaria to collect human females, the salvation of his race. As soon as he meets his precious Soleil, he knows he has to have her. Little does she know that Fray will do whatever it takes to make her his mate, and he will worship the very ground she walks on.

[Excerpt; only first 4 chapters] I'm Ava, a human who has been kidnapped from my home world and forced to live with an abusive scourge,-an alien with a tail that has shown me nothing but hurt and pain. I'm so afraid of scourges I run away and climb to the top of a gigantic stack of storage containers where I hide, refusing food and water. So, when a beautiful, winged alien flies up to me, opening his arms, and telling me to leap... *** I am Rigel of the Archae Bennuidae, a 7-foot tall, muscular winged humanoid living among the scourges. When I'm summoned to help with a scourge's pet, I find a scared human hiding atop a gigantic stack of wobbling storage containers about to topple. I call to her and open my arms. She refuses to let go of that storage container hovel, and it's only when I promise to protect her that she jumps. I catch her. The trembling human in my arms needs so much. Medical treatment and above all, a home. I'm worried, though. My emotions, generally under tight control, are altered by our skin-to-skin contact. I want her in more ways than one. *** This is a story of healing and, along the way, falling in love.

Please...don't hurt me! I just want to go home!" I yelled at the large humaniod creature that was standing by the fire pit. My side hurt, I was bleeding out, everything was starting to go blurry from the blood loss and I saw the creature cock it's head, a soft clicking noise came from behind the emotionless mask. "You can't leave" the voice was rough and deep...fear shot through me. My eyes got big and I stared at him with despair and fear, those were the words that I did not want to hear, least of all from him. "W-why?" It was quiet as we stared at each other, at last he spoke...but it wasn't what I was expecting. "Because...you're mine"

Aliens are real. They infested Earth in hope to find their "mate". They call themself the Matters. ************************************************************************************************* "I'm sitting, just sitting. I don't breathe. How could I breathe when I know they can hear every sound I make, even the slightest one? They, I mean the Aliens, don't have a name. We didn't give them one because it would mean we care about them: the last thing we want is getting to know them. I mean who would want to? Despite our obvious resentment, they told us how they were called: the Matters." A special thanks to @Stup3f1X for the cover!!!!! #1 in Alien
