This is a spinoff from the very end of The Vampire Diaries, Season 2 episode 16, right when Isobel comes back, and without the threat of Klaus coming, when Elena finds herself pregnant, which is the main plot. Elena's fantasy diaries are mostly regarding her illicit dreams about Damon throughout the show, & appear in show order. Although seemingly one-shots, they are all related via diary entries. The diary entries charting the key moments as Elena's feelings for Damon change. As she starts to fall for Damon, as she falls in love with him, leaving Stefan for him and even some parts after that.
