This child is Izuku Yagi. However, fate was not going to be kind to Izuku Yagi. His parents loved him but they failed to show it since they were never around. Instead, they placed more importance on keeping the peace in Japan and the world than their own quirkless son. They would come to regret their actions for years and would find Izuku once again but the relationship is far too strained when they find him.
