Dreamland has another seemingly-normal day. Dedede isn't causing too much of a ruckus -not yet, anyways- and everyone in Cappytown is living their usual peaceful lives. When suddenly, a bright light emerges from the sky, and something crashes into the same mountain Kirby did almost a year ago. Curious, everyone approaches it only to find, instead of a ship, a young woman. She looks completely normal- aside from her tail. Despite not knowing where she came from, everyone in Cappytown welcomes her with open arms... Some more than others.

The first story I've ever written on this site. (Y/n)'s village is set alight by a fire breathing demon beast, and she races away to try surviving. When she's saved by an unfamiliar, ominous swordsman, she finds herself wanting to know more.

After years of not seeing her, Sir Ebrum and Lady Like's oldest daughter finally returns home after years of exploring the world. While adjusting to the more noble lifestyle, their daughter, Kitsune, has numerous run-ins with none other than the castle's very own Meta Knight. Excited to have a friend, she slowly starts to chip away at the emotional walls he'd built up over centuries. And so, starts the story of a daughter of nobility, and a knight.

This fanfic was heavily inspired by "My Spanish Star Warrior" by @Olivia200312 so be sure to check that out! (Y/N) was an ordinary human with an ordinary life. The one thing that she loved the most, however, was the Kirby franchise. She loved everything from the games to the merch to the anime - Kirby: Right Back At Ya! What she loved the most from it was one lone swordsman. Meta Knight. So when she wakes up in Kirby's ship, she knew that her life as she knew it was gone and in its place is a real life dream.
