Love. It was infuriating yet strangely addicting. It swirls in unknown waters, testing its limits before striking. The sensation of its claws digging into your flesh was all it took for it to become entranced. And then everything collapsed. Everything began to untangle. Everything slowly crumbled to ground. Everything began to fall apart. And you found yourself in the centre of it all, your hands cradling your heart as tears trickled down your cheeks, the salty liquid creating a dark patch on your jeans as it hit the soft fabric. You're vulnerable. You're scared. You're hurt. You're broken. But when you finally have the courage, to wipe away an trace of a broken heart. When you finally lift yourself from the dark pit you had created. When you finally patch together the remnants of your shattered soul. When you finally close your eyes. When you forget. When you become invincible. When you finally heal. It all comes back. Everything. Like an arrow that had been shot in your back, your eyes widening from the unforeseen attack. That's what happens. Because love is dirty. Love was the ugly, ever changing shadow that would snarl at you, jeering at your pitiful state. But then it was also the beautiful stroke of the paintbrush, as the brush winded across the canvas, the colours flourishing into life. Love was a demon, yet also an angel in disguise. That was love. _____________________________________ [ WARNING ⚠ : I wrote this as an inexperienced pre-pubescent so prepare for a cringefest. [Completed] Eleanor Blake was just an ordinary college student with an extraordinary obsession: dark romance novels, especially the twisted R18+ mafia tale Kingdom of Ash and Sin. But after a freak accident, she finds herself thrust into the blood-soaked pages of her favourite book, waking up not as a spectator... but as Elaine De Silva, the villainess doomed to die in 2 weeks! Armed with nothing but her fangirl knowledge and stubborn determination, Eleanor is set on one goal: survive. Rewrite the story. Live. Easy, right? Wrong. Because her new fiancé, the dangerously magnetic mafia don Luca Moretti, isn't playing by the book. He's darker, deadlier, and far more obsessed with her than the original plot ever hinted at. "Elaine, you're mine. I'll kill anyone who tries to take you from me." Wait... what? You were supposed to kill me, not fall in love! When did the story change? Now, caught in a world of betrayal, bullets, and brooding men in suits, Eleanor must outsmart the plot she thought she knew. Because if she wants to survive this story... She'll have to rewrite the ending herself. __________________________________ Book #1 of the I Became... Series. As Crown Princess, Wen Tingwan was the palace's laughingstock. People whispered that she was so obsessed with the Crown Prince that she bartered away a priceless heirloom just to marry him, humiliating herself with endless foolishness yet never once winning his affection. But one day, after falling into the water and waking up, she realized something: she no longer loved him. Looking back, her former devotion seemed absurd. So what if he never spared her a glance? So what if he never summoned her? Wasn't tending flowers, sipping tea, and enjoying the moonlight far sweeter? That same day, Crown Prince Jing Zhan awoke to a startling change his mind was filled with nothing but Wen Tingwan. He had despised her, yet now every smile and frown of hers seemed unbearably charming. Very well, perhaps he should indulge her a little. Except-why was she suddenly avoiding him as though he were poison? When he finally ordered her to his bedchamber, she sent word back: she was unwell. Enraged, he stormed to her quarters, seized her hand, and asked tenderly, "My love, where does it hurt? Shall I call the physician?" Wen Tingwan: ...Call him to treat your head. Go away! Months later, the love-swapping spell that bound them was undone. Jing Zhan thought she would cling to him again. Instead, she only smiled calmly: "Your Highness, rest assured. I will never trouble you again." For the first time in his life, panic struck. Even without the spell, he could not let her go. Servants soon saw the once-proud Crown Prince pinning his wife against a wall, his voice trembling with desperation: "Wen Tingwan, what must I do for you to forgive me?" Note: 1. Entire story is "chasing wife to the crematorium" trope. 2. At first, the Crown Prince's feelings were manipulated, but he was still a scoundrel. Later, he falls for her genuinely. 3. The spell only swapped their feelings for each other, not their personalities, intelligence, or memories.

"I don't want to go with you" I whispered... Big mistake. I screamed as he slammed me down to the ground hard and held my neck, he straddled my hips hovering over me and growled in my ear making me whimper. "You are mine do you understand? Mine. And I will have you to myself which means you are going to join me and my pack" he said and I shook my head "j-just reject me and none of this has to happen" I whispered and he growled sliding his other hand down my stomach. "Don't test me mate" he said and I gasped as he grabbed me "you belong to me now so like I said before. Go home and pack your bags" he said and I just shook my head "I don't want to leave my pack-" "To-fucking-bad" he said "I let you go twice. I'm not letting you go again" he growled and I looked up at him nervously shaking my head. "Do as I say or I'll kill your pack. One. By. One" he said putting his lips to my ear "no" I whimpered and he looked at me. "I-I'll do it" I whispered and he nodded letting me go.

She was never supposed to be his wife. Forced into an arranged marriage with Reyansh Oberoi-a ruthless, cold-hearted businessman-she knew from the start that she was unwanted. He made it clear from their first night together, treating her like a burden, a mistake he would never accept. He mocked her, insulted her, and reminded her at every turn that she wasn't what he wanted-not in looks, not in status, not in any way. And yet, when she refused to beg for his love, when she stopped caring for his approval, something inside him shifted. She wasn't fragile. She wasn't weak. She endured his cruelty with a quiet strength that unsettled him. Her silence haunted him. Her absence *bothered* him. And soon, the man who once swore to never acknowledge her found himself fighting an unwanted war within his heart. But was it too late?
