With Deimos, the only creature unaffected by the curse, in her possession, Mira finds herself negotiating the terms of a deal that are not nearly as harsh as they should be and spending her every waking moment catering to the most feared monster. Mira knows better than to believe it was all a mere coincidence; to not assume the fae have something far bigger planned. Deimos too. Despite it all, the biggest challenge she faces is how to conceal her own ulterior motives and lies from her new team.
