When Arianna marries billionaire Zach Price to save her family, she doesn't expect to fall in love with a man who'd always consider her a second choice. An unexpected turn of events brings the couple closer together, but can a marriage based on lies and deceit ever survive? ***** When Arianna's older sister, Olivia, decides to run away on the day of her wedding, Arianna is forced to take her place to save her family from ruin. But her new husband is angry, heartbroken, and seems to hate her guts. The cold, elusive billionaire Zach Price has never quite struck Arianna as the kind of man she'd want to spend her entire life with. She was more than content with her sweet, thoughtful boyfriend Noah, but when circumstances force them together, Zach and Arianna's hearts get entangled in a way she never saw coming. As the couple grows closer, they must battle the demons of their past and of the lives they left behind - especially when Olivia returns and decides she wants Zach all for herself. "H-Huh?!" I screamed, clutching my towel tightly. "Y-Your the man I hit with my car earlier! How did you get in here?! I thought I locked all the doors and windows!" The same man from earlier, with jet black hair and glowing blue eyes, simply sat in my bathtub, completely naked might I add, and smirked at me with what one might describe as a confident and smug gaze. "You never told me what you wanted by the way." He snapped his fingers and a glass of wine suddenly appeared in his hand before I could even blink my eyes. "That's because I don't want anything! Now get out of my bathtub! No scratch that, get out of my house!" I could feel my cheeks burn as I backed away slightly. But before I could turn around and run out of my bathroom, he snapped his fingers and the door slammed closed. "Alright, if you aren't going to tell me what you want, then I shall tell you what I want." He stood up abruptly, and I could feel my eyes widen as I saw- [ Entire description in next chapter ;) ]

Seven friends. One unforgettable night. An amusement park after dark becomes the stage for something far more sinister than they could have imagined. For Dunya Taibi's birthday-and her last night in her childhood hometown-she and her friends decide to break into an abandoned amusement park to make memories they'll never forget. What begins as a lighthearted adventure quickly turns into a descent into the unknown when they stumble upon an eerie circus tent promising. Drawn in by curiosity, they step inside, unaware that they've just sealed their fate. As the night unfolds, each friend is confronted by the darkest corners of their mind, forced to make impossible choices and face haunting truths about themselves. The Midnight Circus is no ordinary attraction-it's a place where time twists, fears manifest, and escape may be nothing more than an illusion. For Dunya, Emma, Elena, Lydie, Rola, Colin, and Ben, the bonds of friendship will be tested, and the price of survival may be greater than they can bear. Because once you enter the circus, the only way out is to finish the show.

"I just want you to know how terrifying it is to have no control. Like, physically, no control over what happens to you. Nothing. Being at the mercy of someone else's hand." The look he gave me was glazed over with pain. "The thing is, you aren't the only one in my life who's put me in that situation. And I'm tired of being used to people doing that to me. I was finally beginning to think that, after my mother, there was someone else who could actually, truly, unconditionally, care about me." "But don't you understand? I would've let you stay with your dad if I didn't." "If you did, you would've told me the truth." "How can I convince you that there's no way I couldn't care about you?" "You'll have to work for that." I grumbled, slipping the gag into his mouth.

I didn't want to. I wouldn't. I won't. But suddenly I was doing it. I didn't even register my feet hitting the fourteen steps it took to get up the stairs. My brain ignored the ninth step and how creaky and loud it was. And then I was there. Finding a towel and a change of clothes. All because he had told me to.
