He realize that in order to win the bet he have to get some help if he doesn't want to lose a 1000 quid and give Liam the satisfaction of being right. He joins a gym and pays for a personal trainer and that's how he meets Harry.

Suggested by @h_a_z_z_a_0 who had an ABO idea where Harry works in a daycare and Louis is one of the parents. I kept the essential of the story and made my own twist on it. Based on the 1D song Stole My Heart
