You quickly raised your hands up to resure him, trying to soften your voice, "Please, don't move. You are stepping on an old bear trap." You spoke more softly, breathless from the previous running season you two had. You heard his whimper causing yout heart to twist. You move a step forward, using a sweat tone, "I can help you. It will be okey. I am not a treat, I promise." You reach out but before you can do anything he flinch back on reflex. Your eyes widen with the sound of rusty metal joints groan with a snap, following by a loud scream. The trap is activated...

After Shadow fails a high-stakes G.U.N. mission, the organization turns on him. Stripped of his Chaos energy and held prisoner for three agonizing months, he endures torture, isolation, and silence.
