When Soarin Skies (The Famous Celeb A.K.A Professional singer and model.) HAS TO ROB his evil Grandparents, he gets sent to prison well almost, he goes in disguise with his younger sister Navy Star, (Who btw doesn't want to go under cover.) and sneaks around hoping not to get caught by fangirls, cops, paparazzi, etc. Meanwhile a rainbow haired 16-year-old Rainbow Dash, is looking for a dress for the Grand Galloping Gala, (Not wanting to use Rarity's dresses, and wants something "cooler".) and with the "help" of her 10-year-old brother she finds something, much different from a dress...

Life.....is hard. One pony knows that for sure. Rainbow Dash had an experience that left her traumatized and depressed. After being saved by her special somepony from being abused for 2 years, Dash realizes there's more to life then meets the eye after a mistake changes her life for good. The New celebrity "Trouble maker", Soarin Skies comes to town, It Doesn't look good for Rainbow Dash. Multiple troubling events start to happen and and is all because of Mr. Hotshot, Soarin.
