Its been 1 year and some months, since turbos defeat, and the sugar rushers have been enjoying themselves. Vanellope learns through Snowana that due to the rise in their arcade games popularity around the United States, they are getting a massive update, new racers, new tracks, even themselves getting aged up, even a WHOLE NEW RACER FACTION! However, when the new racers appear, they find out that these new racers might not be so keen on being friends with them. Follow the racers of Sugar rush, as they deal with a new sugar rush racer and the three racers of the new faction thats has been dubbed: The Outcasts.

Jinx has always felt like the worst person in the world. Everyone around her who has ever gotten remotely close to her has met an untimely end.
