An urban sci-fi thriller that takes place in the near future between a hidden species and the humans. Where winged beings are interwoven into the fabric of everyday living while going unseen. That is until one starts drastic changes within his own species revealing them to the human race. At the same time eliminating corruption within his own and finding a once lost love.

Phoenix's city Absitinvidia rises and he's brought his kind to the eyes of the world during a summit at the United Nations. While granted a trial run by the leaders of the world, problems start rising up for Phoenix and Anastasia as he's still being hunted. This time it's not Agents, but Rogue Hunters. One in particular has her fingers twisting and playing with Phoenix's emotions. Anastasia steps up to save Phoenix this time. Mean while there maybe two more Meraphorns on the way.

Seventeen years have passed since the end of the birth of Phoenix and Anastasia's daughters. Phoenix has tried to step out of the focus of the politics to be with his family more but, life is never that easy for him or Anastasia. Agent Frank creeps from the shadows as well as the resurgent of old enemies and Rogue Hunters that end up plotting against Absitinvidia and her citizens. Phoenix and Anastasia must make the decision to leave their daughters at the farm house with Rachael and Ali to try and protect their world. Only the shadowed forces don't focus on Phoenix and Anastasia alone. Will their daughters be able to show they're just as strong as their parents, or will they fall too?

Anastasia leaves her home in Ireland to study at The Tower on her path to become an Agent. Upon arrival she focuses herself into her studies to becoming an Agent as fast as possible in order to learn the name of a mysterious four winged phoenix that resembles one from her dreams. Soon she realizes she becoming too engrossed into her studies loosing herself. With her epiphany she understands her obsession is turning her into a blind 'yes-man'.

Phoenix wakes up in the middle of a forest at night with no memories of who he is, where he's from or how he got there. He panics and runs through the trees while his body is still forming from a rebirth only to stumble into an old tavern. When he regains consciousness he finds out he's a phoenix but that's all he learns. We then follow him as he works on getting his memories back which eventually lead him to The Tower. Thinking he's found a safe place where he can be among his kind, he finally recovers all of his memories and finds out his murder's are there at The Tower. Exacting his revenge on them for killing him and his mate he is soon marked as a Fallen Phoenix and must go into hiding.
