Two two close friends grow closer through hard times through wind, snow, rain, and popsicles! IMPORTANT NOTE- Chongyun and Xinqiu are lovable Genshin characters that belong to Mihoyo's Genshin Impact! All character rights go to them, and all of this wonderful fanart goes to their rightful owners. The mix of Covid and Christmas break give me lots of free time to write this story.
