Izuku Midoriya, neglected and bullied due to his lack of a quirk, endured abuse from his family and friends, especially his twin sister Izumi and Katsuki Bakugo. One fateful day, when locked outside his home, Izuku was kidnapped and taken to a secret location. There, he was subjected to cruel experiments and given an artificial quirk called "One Above All."

The story is about how all characters from Deku 10's universe managed to be transported to a theater that's within a pocket dimension that is inhabited by one of few powerful cosmic beings called the Watchers. The Watcher is one of few beings of his kind that has an ability to look at multiple universes; but this Watcher isn't the typical Watcher like Uatu who watches the Marvel Universe, this Watcher named Apex drags people from various universes and have them watch their possible futures on the theater big-screen. Just like he's doing with the cast of Deku 10 because he's a fan of it which is possible because his friend who's another fellow Watcher which Apex named "Pixel" had let him show the cast possible; since Pixel doesn't want him to know what's going to happen from the attack of the training camp to the Kamino Ward incident. Now, with his friends permission, Apex or the Watcher will show the cast of Deku 10 the possible future(s) that may lie ahead of them.

Izuku discovers he has a quirk, but it was kept secret from him do to it's nature. Now it has awakened and is far more powerful thanks to One For All.
