When Denki was a child, he was in an accident. He was in an elevator that wasn't up to code when the rigging failed and it fell to the ground floor. Everyone survived, but it left Denki with a fear of elevators that never went away. One day, he's out with friends and they decide to go to a pop-up café at the top of a very tall building. Kaminari is in love with Kirishima. But Kirishima loves Bakugo, and Kaminari is willing to suffer in silence to protect Kirishima's happiness. Denki Kaminari is a hopeless romantic, emphasis on hopeless. As Valentine's Day rolls around, Kaminari is once again reminded how he has still yet to find the love he's been desperately craving. Wanting to cheer his best friend up, Eijiro Kirishima decides to send Kaminari love letters, from anonymous of course. It seems to work. Kaminari is overjoyed there's someone out there who has feelings for him, and Kirishima is glad to see his friend smiling again. But Kirishima soon runs into two problems. One, Kaminari is determined to discover the identity of his secret admirer no matter what. And two, that maybe, just maybe, there's a hidden truth about how he really feels about his friend in those letters he's been writing.
