The plan was simple, really. Vince had gotten word from Marcus that a small group was looking for them. Marcus had told Vince they had taken Bertha with them - yes, the car had a name, a woman's name, of course, and it infuriated Selena for some reason - so they would be taking the road up to the mountains. Marcus had said they were all immunes, run-aways from WCKD much like Selena and the girls had been, but, according to Vince, Marcus had never been the most trust-worthy person out there, so, ever since they had received the message from him two days ago, Selena, Harriet, Sonya and some of the older members of the Right Arm had been camped out by the road, waiting for the moment the people coming to them would get there so they could make sure they were who they were told they were before they could be taken up to the Right Arm. Some of the dialogue and characters aren't mine, only Selena's story line. All rights go to their rightful owners.

Teresa wasn't the first girl to appear in the maze. Before Thomas, a girl was sent by mistake, with nothing but a vial of antidote in her hands and frantic scribbles on her arm with warnings for the Gladers. Her coming marks the beginning of a new era in the Maze. A drama featuring an OC, some Grievers, would-you-rather questions, and a little bit of romance. --- This is an idea that I've been playing out in my head for two years, now. It originally started as inserting myself into the world of The Maze Runner, and progressed from there. When I would work my summer job, I would daydream about the happenings, conversations, and friendships developing naturally over a period of time, and found myself engaged in the drama. Like a tv show, the episodes drew themselves and picked up where they left off, satiating my curiosity and giving more depth and background to the characters I loved so much.

"No one survives a night in the maze." The voice known as Chuck say. Except me, Laina thought. Only two people knew she was locked in the maze that night and it was Minho and Newt. Everyone wondered why she wouldn't speak, but no one asked her a question. She didn't run out there again... until now.
