Selepas beberapa bulan mengalahkan Retakka dan menjadi penguasa tujuh Elemental semula,BoBoiBoy kembali melakukan misi seperti biasa bersama kawan-kawannya. Sejak itu juga,sifat Gempa yang nak lindungi Elemental dia makin kuat. Dia sayang semua Elemental dan akan buat apa saja untuk lindungi mereka supaya kejadian dulu tak akan berlaku lagi. Trauma. Tapi,berita tentang kekalahan Retakka telah sampai ke pelusuk galaxy dan juga pemilik asal kuasa Elemental. Sudah pastinya mereka akan cari semula kuasa mereka yang dirampas 100 tahun dahulu.

As he fell he could hear his friends call out his name as Gopal took his bff's hand and pulled him out of the water... Suddenly they were all blinded by a light.. My very own fanfiction takes place after BoBoiBoy movie 2 and BoBoiBoy galaxy season 2 (even though it has not completed yet, as this is not canon from the original. which also features the 3rd stage of Elemental forms that boboiboy had already learned). A mysterious masked figure who tends to sabotage the hero's missions, while he hunts down power spheres. But instead of misusing for personal gain, he seeks to exterminate them out of existence.

Boboiboy and his friends got a new mission , which is to help all of the Laskar Station crews to track and save all of the Power Spheres . A little son and dad moment as well . Even though their time at Laskar Station is over , this story will keep going . Plenty of mysteries to unravel , so many planets to travel to and most importantly , each of their adventures , will have a special ingredient inside to make it a sweet one or a sour one .
