When Beat, a small, blue goat-alien known as the Aries, goes looking for treasure, he instead finds himself in a race to prevent the apocalypse. Rescued by Chad Funk-a cocky Atlas mercenary with the world's most wanted criminal for a father-Beat is thrust into a deadly adventure to find world-ending weapons that were supposed to stay hidden forever: the seven ARKs. Two threats emerge from the shadows: the Fallen Angels, human extremists bent on genocide, and Chimera, the alien organization that nearly destroyed Earth thirty years ago. Now a disgraced thief, a reckless soldier, and a motley crew of heroes must stop these evil organizations before the weapons fall into the wrong hands.
