Her new dad was the one who planned it and won't let them leave. He's abusive and mean. When a conflict leads to death, the girl makes a plan with her "brother" to escape. Will they ever be able to escape this mad man and this "perfect family" he created? Of course I know. That girl is me. But if you want to find out go ahead and read my book.
