Note: This book is undergoing heavy editing and re-writing. Thank you She was soaked in blood from head to toe. Her clothes were sticky and the air was filled with the smell of death. Her guns lay on the pillow and her head was on her grandmothers shoulder. She kept on singing a lullaby to her grandmothers lifeless body. She has failed her, she had failed the only mission her uncle gave her before he passed. "Protect ugogo." That is all the he said before he passed. She had killed every single one of them but one bullet came through the window and it was over. Tears flowed freely from her eyes. She was alone in the world now and she didn't want to go on without her Gogo.

"What the hell are you?" a tall powerfully built man said standing above her. Thando was still coughing trying to get some air into her longs. She had been submerged for quite some time and her lungs were burning. "I said who are you!" The mans booming voice echoed in the night sky as he yelled. "My name is Thando." Thando finally said with a shaky voice. "Are you human?" The man said hunching on his legs to get closer to Thando's face. "Yes." She said softly. Her throat hurt and fear was making her shake uncontrollably. "You are lying! You came out of the water! You must be a mermaid spirit." The man said reaching for something next to him. "No! I am human please believe me." Thando yelled out putting her hands in the air to block whatever was about to hit her.

"Don't get on my nerves beautiful. Tell me what the fuck did you see in the bathroom?" Thabiso yelled. "Nothing. I swear I saw nothing." Rita was hysterically crying. Tonight was supposed to be a birthday celebration but now she was being interrogated by criminals about what she saw in the bathroom before a man's brains were blown out. "I am losing my patience my angel. What did you see?" Thabiso asked getting closer and unholstering his gun. "Please, I saw nothing." Rita cried harder. "You are fucking lying princess." Thabiso said putting the gun to her temple. "No,please." Rita begged. "Three, two..." Thabiso started his countdown. "She had a tattoo of a clown on her hand!" Rita yelled the name she heard as a last attempt of remaining alive. "Not possible." Thabiso said with such hurt in his voice. She couldn't be right. There is no way she was right about who shot his cousin because if she was right there would be a fucking war.
