Katsuki had a strong quirk, he knew it and so did everyone else. His quirk was flashy and dangerous, he knew that and so did everyone else. His drawbacks, however, weren't known by everyone. Unlike most quirks, he had multiple drawbacks, all of which being dangerous to his health. Katsuki hid it well, he always did. But, it was hard to hide it when he slipped past the limits.
