This story depicts an alternate timeline wherein Velzard attends Walpurgis after sensing Veldora's presence. She subsequently meets our protagonist and becomes interested in him after his display at the meeting. After thinking for a bit, she decides to move to Tempest and becomes a close ally of Rimuru. Rimuru and Velzard will sometimes be out of character since it's unavoidable. Our protagonist will be more rational and have an actual spine, while Velzard will not be as cold and ruthless as her canon counterpart. Besides, Velzard is missing a lot of characterization, so I decided to write my own interpretation of her personality based on the original light novel. I recommend at least having seen the second season of the anime since my story will pick up from there. This fanfic will follow the main story beats from the original light novel, meaning some arcs will get glossed over if there are little changes. I'm somewhat OC, so expect a lot of chapter edits or updates because I tend to reread chapters and notice minor mistakes here and there. Also, it goes without saying that I do not own the series 'That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime.' Check out and read the original light novel written by Fuse.

The Red and White Dragons have fought countless times destroying whatever and killing whoever intervened in their fights. As the fight continued, their souls were transferred into sacred gears as they have to have different users in order to fight. One of their fights ended with their souls splitting into two separate beings by an unknown force, thus leading into two Red and White Dragon Emperors. In the country of the United States is a family of three consisting of a mother with her son and daughter. The son's name is Y/N L/N, who often helps his mom whenever he can working odd that would allow him to work even if that was on the farm on a hot summer day. His father died a few months after his little sister, Alivia, was born putting him on the spot to pick up some of the hard work. Despite having to work in order to help his mom, he was able to maintain great grades along with having a little hobby on the side. Not long after his mom falls in love with another man leading them to move to Japan, starting a new life. However, just before they leave to start their new lives, he awakes to his sacred gear of the Red Dragon along with having a rather unique ally that is a Fallen Angel. He doesn't understand what happened to lead to this however the future is now filled with a lot of uncertainties for him along with his fate. What will happen to him? How will his new life that was supposed to be a peaceful now be? Will, there be conflict when he meets the other Red Dragon Emperor or will they be allies? That can also go for the White Dragon EMprors? Will they be allies or enemies? Will the second set of Red and White Dragon Emperor possibly team up?! Who knows?
