Jax Maroone was only 16 and saw something most disturbing. He's mother had choked his father to death. She had then fallen down the stairs and Jax had no other choice than to runaway and hide. He was scared that he would be framed for murder. And left a note in his room saying "To all reading this I had not kill my parents my mother had done it". And he said "I am no fugitive".
