Still healing from a relationship that nearly broke her, she finds herself unexpectedly pursued by Qophelo Dlomo - a forward, confident Zulu man with marriage on his mind from the very first encounter. When Qophelo proposes marriage, foregoing courtship and even dating, will Naye allow the walls she's built to protect herself be wrecked or will fear of the unknown conquer?

Do you usually pay for random people's groceries ?" i ask him He squints his eyes before he speaks. "Random people would say thank you" "Thank you" I say as I realise that I should have started by thanking him first. He then flashes a lopsided smile with perfectly aligned teeth. "Your welcome" he says as he curtly nods at me. "But I have to ask, is that a thing you usually do?" "No and I didn't do it for you, I did it for me." he plainly says. I don't known what to say, because just like his daughter he's straight foward and I didn't expect anything less honestly.
