After saving Princess Peach from the grasps of Bowser, his kingdom weakens with passing days. At Mushroom Hospital many well known doctor's are there helping keep everyone well and healthy. Mario and Bowser the top doctor's often butt heads when it comes to curing a patient resulting in a nasty rivalry. However with all these doctor's, Luigi isn't one of them. as a janitor Luigi always finds himself hiding in his brother's shadow, but who know sometimes things change.

He had to make sure his kingdom thrived of for years to come. Luigi was content with a quiet life, but with a princess be kidnapped constantly there was no quiet. Accompanying his brother on this rescue, he saw how ruthless he got when he went rescuing. After helping every Koopa on his way, including the one of the sons of the king, Luigi may find something he hasn't found or bothered to look for, and Bowser will learn sometimes being soft for other is the most masculine thing you can do.
