When Katla emerges from her icy tomb, the Folkland burns... Anja, and her younger brother Tokki, just witnessed the destruction of their home village. To bring peace and balance back to the Folkland, the siblings embark on a journey across the volatile hinterlands of central Iceland. Along the way, they meet people, both wicked and true, and creatures great and small. It is a trail of self-discovery and growth, but as with all great achievements, there is also sacrifice.
