Mia goes on a cruise when the ship gets attacked by sharks. Mason is a shark shifter and when he realizes that his mate is on the ship he gets the other shark shifters to sink it. When the ship is sinking she lands in the water and when she resurfaces she is surrounded by sharks. When Mason sees Mia in the water he realizes that she is his mate so he takes her back to their island. On the island only shark shifters and their mates area allowed on it.
