Life can be so wicked, yet still beautiful. My journey wasn't pretty. It was ugly, bittersweet, confusing, and exhausting, and I did my best to hold everything together. I wrote this chapter during my healing and hurting phase. alone, in random moments of my life. It took the longest time I've ever spent creating something, through the lowest, darkest, and most painful period I've lived through.
