The Sully's have to move because their father Jake wants his family near his work place. All the Sully's are nervous and some of them a bit sad to leave so much behind. But they quickly form new relationships with the mayor's children next door, who happen to be future classmates to the Sully kids. Some of them have trouble adjusting to their new home and go through lots of personal stuff. Because of that and their close relationship with each other, they always say that no matter what, the Sully's must stick together.

Neteyam was always known as the "golden child"; taking care of his siblings, took responsibility for mistakes that weren't his, and always did what he needed to do. But ever since he and his family moved to Awa'atlu- a city in California- he began to notice changes in his personality. He begin wanting to disobey his parents (mostly his father), wanting to snap at his siblings, found everything unfair, wanting to go to parties, and he wanted to flirt with cute (but stupid) boys. He barely even recognized himself, was he hallucinating or was he actually just a regular hormonal teenager that's finally, going into his rebellious phase?
