(ZUKOxOC) Soana: Princess of The Northern Water Tribe, a beloved sister to Princess Yue, and daughter of Chief Arnook. A betrothal to Prince Zuko to make peace with the Fire Nation has been set until Soana decides her own destiny. Although the bad blood between the Fire Nation and the rest of the world is a great weight, will the world be balanced once again? I'm only writing this for my amusement. If you wish to read then have at it! I hope you like my imagination!

*This is the SECOND book of the "Daughter of the Moon" series, so go read "Book One: Water" if you haven't already* Elara finds herself on the run with Prince Zuko and General Iroh as they scramble out of the clutches of both the Fire Nation and the rest of the world, adopting a new identity to hide their tracks. As she lives her life on the run, she can't help but feel herself growing closer to Zuko; closer in a way that she never thought possible. Perhaps she could settle down and live a simple life away from the war. Perhaps she could turn away from her duties as the Little Moon, and perhaps she could force herself forget about her little band of heroes so that she could live the normal life she deserves. Only the spirits know that life never goes the way one plans... Zuko X OC The characters and events of this story are based on the brilliant workings of Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino. Therefore, I do not own the characters and events used other than Elara and her adventure.

The Moon Warriors were a waterbending tribe that had been hidden in the mountains for generations, long forgotten by the rest of the world. They believed that they could stay out of the gruesome Hundred-Year war. On one fateful day, however, a Fire Nation Battalion finds and storms the village, changing Elara's life forever. As everything spirals downwards spirals downwards, Elara finds herself in the company of a banished prince, and she devotes her service to him. Unfortunately, her matriarch (the Moon Spirit) has other plans in mind for Elara, forcing her to choose where her loyalties lie. Will she choose the boy who saved her from the bonds of slavery? Or will she choose the boy who can save the world? You'll just have to read to find out... Zuko X OC The characters and events of this story are based on the brilliant workings of Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino. Kiyan never expected to be the Avatar. And now that she is, she's finding she never even wanted to be. She's used to her old life as a simple waterbender, with no great spiritual burdens or destinies or whatever nonsense this Avatar business has suddenly forced on her. Now, she's constantly on the run from the crazy lunatics who murdered the last two Avatars, and who've made it their mission to end the Cycle entirely. In an attempt to finally get her out of their reach, her protectors decide that a time machine is the way to go, and send her back to 130AG, to Republic City to seek mentoring from Avatar Aang himself. There's just one tiny problem. She's thirty years off target. Kiyan decides to wait out the end of the Hundred Years War in a little Earth Kingdom village with the family who's been kind enough to take her in. After all, she's safe there, and she never asked for this whole Avatar deal anyway. Unfortunately, fate has other plans, and her masterful strategy for avoiding danger is thrown into chaos with the arrival of a familiar scarred swordsman. [DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the characters or organizations except for Kiyan and the people of her time. All credit goes to Nickelodeon and the fantastic creators of the show Avatar: The Last Airbender. Seriously, go check it out, it's amazing.]

EDITING *This is the third book of the "Daughter of the Moon" series, so read the first two books - "Water" and "Earth" - if you haven't already* Elara had danced with death before, but never like this. She had experienced pain before, but she could have never imagined this. Elara had thought she had known darkness, but she learns that she had only scratched the surface. Will she be able to escape the chains that cut her wrists or the chords that bind her mind? Will Zuko pull through and rescue her, or will she have to place her trust and friendship in others? Will Elara live long enough to see the end of the infamous 100 year war, or will she find herself reunited with a long-forgotten people? In the heart-wrenching conclusion to this masterful trilogy, the only way to know is to read it for yourself. *Trigger Warning: this book will discuss traumatic events as well as the effects of those experiences and may not be suitable for all readers.* The characters and events of this story are based on the brilliant workings of Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino. Therefore, I do not own the characters and events used other than Elara, her adventure, and other OC's.

"You have everything you've always wanted." "No." He said softly. "Not everything..." His golden eyes looked at her with a melting intensity she had never witnessed before. "I guess not." She responded with glassy eyes as tears welled up threatening to break the dam of her eyes. There was a moment of heavy silence between them. "Getting on that boat with you is my greatest and only regret," She cried before turning away from him. Hurt. "Tsai Wait!" He reached for her. xxx Zuko x OC ATLA fanfic
