Xylazia was the city of Maniacs. A Maniac named Hwang Hyunjin was the king of the big city. Hyunjin as an insolent Maniac, was ruthless and heartless. He liked being alone. He liked being lonely. He was living his ordinary life until an Angel named Lee Felix came into his life. Hyunjin's toxic ancestors had killed all Angels in the past. How was Felix alive? As Hyunjin tried to uncover the mystery, he fell in love with the Angel, although it was forbidden for Maniacs to love Angels. But Hyunjin, as the most powerful and intelligent Maniac, didn't even to bother to not care about the rules his ancestors had set up. He would do anything, even kill for his Angel.

Hyunjin belonged to the final generation of vampires known as Daywalkers - beings capable of walking under the sun without turning to ash. Living quietly among humans, his only concern was survival and keeping their kind hidden from the world. Cold and detached, as any vampire should be, Hyunjin's life took an unexpected turn when he crossed paths with Felix - a human far from ordinary. What began as an accidental encounter awakened something unfamiliar in his chest - a heartbeat that would soon lead him toward an inescapable danger.

For a long time, Felix had always had doubts in the back of his mind. Since he went down from heaven to experience a life at the surface, he'd been wondering if he really was in a place he's supposed to be. Then he met Hyunjin, and suddenly, everything made sense.

Hyunjin left his paper last minute, as any normal college student would, and his internet decided to go out. or, he was too embarrassed to ask for any of his neighbors so he starts guessing passwords and one of the passwords is his name. that server belongs to the one and only Felix.

felix has thalassophobia and can barely swim, but chan convinced him to go surfing with him. felix + ocean = a mess thankfully hyunjin was on duty that day.

it was weird because as far as any of them knew, something like this couldn't happen unless they were mated.

It was once said that humans were created as two, two bodies attached and made into one except Zeus found they were too powerful that way and separated them. Thus causing individuals to always feel incomplete as they were missing their other half, their soulmate.
