Serenity Brooks was like any other 16 year old. Until one day her friend leads her to a dark alley. When she comes close to death, she is saved by a mysterious boy. When she realizes that he was a vampire and she was too, she finds everything fun and exciting at first . But her powers were wanted by a dark vampire that wants to take his rightful place as ruler. She is attacked by many vampires disguised in many different forms. Eventually a war will be started. Along the way many of her family secrets are revealed.
