During the Spanish Period in the Philippines, Teniente General Lorenzo De Caxias fell in love with the daughter of the Encomendero, Senorita Esperanza di Miguia. When the Encomendero’s family was executed, the 6 best officers of the Governor General have to shoot the family—including Lorenzo. Now, what will he be worth dying for—Spain or his love? **UPDATE (8/18/2013): I'm really sorry but I have to put RSF on-hold. It's been so many months that I'm really down and ever since I started posting chapters of RSF, there's a problem in my life that keeps on bugging me. That problem was rather heart breaking and my soul kinda ripped a part. I really can't help myself get up and move on. I'm so sorry but I need to take a break and hopefully move on. Thank you so much for your support. Thank you so much that you helped the story reached about 1 800 reads, 196 votes and 300 plus comments! It's been a rocking year spending my time with you, my fans and everyone on wattpad. I thank those who critiqued my story, who took time typing their honest comments and those who read RSF from the very first chapter. But I promise, I'll return to you as soon as possible and continue the love adventures and thrilling scenes from The Red String of Fate. Just pray that one day, all will be fine and Lorenzo and Esperanza will come back. Thank you so much for your understanding.**

One night, a group of employees were asked to work an overnight shift to prepare for the large day ahead of them... Christmas Eve. Everything seemed fine until the power went out. The backup generator kicked in, supplying power to give the workers some light. But, without reason, a man made an attempt to break in, but found that there were several workers busying themselves with the tasks at hand. The man then found a new motive... kill them all. As they run for their lives, who will make it out... and who will be the next victim?

On an expedition to the famous wreck of 'Titanic', 16-year-old Marley Faulkner discovers a mysterious journal, and feels as if she's finally found someone who understands her. Full of the tragic tales of a forgotten soul, the book's ending leaves Marley mourning for a girl she’s never even met. Or has she? The journal seems to be written for Marley, describing emotions she's certain nobody else in the world could feel but her. Could there be something that the girl in the journal, written nearly a century ago, is trying to tell her? And why does every possible explanation lead back to a single golden locket? Soon, Marley finds that through the locket--and the help of some new, unexpected friends--reaching the past and the girl from the journal isn’t as impossible as she thought. She's a time-traveler now, in a strange place where things are not always what they seem, and in a time where hundreds of lives are on the line. And she's the only one who knows enough to save them all. But how can Marley save anyone from the past when she can’t even remember there’s a present? How can she be a hero when the love of her life may be the very one who’s making her forget? And that's not all--she may only have four days left to live. ~Winner of the 2011 WATTY AWARDS.~ Inspired by the film 'Titanic.' Co-written by TEAtitanicfan and bluecanary446. Peter's life is perfect - he's rich, young, talented, and maybe even handsome. And then suddenly his joy-ride in "one of those new-fangled horseless carriages" goes all wrong, proving fatal, but mercifully crippling him. Now he's disgusted with himself and dreadfully lonely, living on the third floor of his gilt townhouse with some dusty books and too much money. And then there was Emma...
